Hey man,
It’s time for another edition of Ask Christian Anything.
As a reminder…
If you’ve got a question, just reply to this email and ask away!
Make sure to give me some context so I can help you as much as I can.
As usual, we have some interesting stuff to cover.
So make yourself a cup of coffee or tea and take your time for today’s agenda:
Let’s get cracking with #1:
===
What do you think about my first date idea? Helicopter ride over the City of Dallas then dinner. Got anything to add to it?
===
I’d probably save this for an anniversary or something after you’ve been dating for a while.
It’s just a bit too grand of a gesture.
And expensive.
What if you find out you don’t get along with her?
All that planning will be for nothing.
Good first dates are casual.
Coffee, walk in the park, drinks… anything that’s low investment so both of you can leave at any time in case you don’t vibe.
Onto question #2:
===
How to find a girl if you haven’t learned how to meet girls in 33 years? And you’re afraid of girls
===
Progressive desensitization.
Start by just saying hi to random women on the street with a big smile and good energy.
Once you’re used to that, wish them a good day.
Then, ask how they are doing.
Slowly progress to small talk.
Once you’re comfortable having a normal conversation, start saying you think she’s cool and you two should hang out soon.
Ask for her contact info.
And so on, and so on.
If I have to summarize:
Baby-step it.
Simple.
Now time for the last one #3:
===
My ex keeps blocking me and then ghosting me… is it done for real?
===
Yes.
You broke up for a reason.
Don’t try to get back with her when the signs are clear as day.
Find a new one.
Prettier, smarter, that loves you more.
Alright, that’s it.
Until next time.
Rock and Roll,
Christian
