Assertiveness is expressing what you want or your preferences.
Dominance is being assertive beyond the point of the objections of others.

Most guys do neither.
They hint.
They suggest.
They ask for permission.
That’s why they get treated like “nice guys” and politely shoved to the side by beautiful women.
Because women don’t respond well to hesitation.
They respond well to certainty.
To a man whose willing to go after what he wants boldly and unapologetically.
Now before you get it twisted…
This isn’t something you flip on overnight.
And to be honest, it isn’t something you can easily fake either.
It’s a muscle.
And like any muscle, you build it through consistent reps.
Here are a few simple ways to start.
When you’re at a restaurant (or drive thru) instead of saying:
“Can I have…” Or “Can you bring me…”
Say:
“I’d like…” or “I’ll have”
Small shift.
But the difference is felt strongly on the other end.
Here’s another.
If a girl is hesitating to give you her number…
Don’t negotiate or convince.
Look her in the eyes, pull out your phone, and say:
“Just give it to me.”
Hand her your phone.
Hold the frame.
Or if you’re on a date and you want to move somewhere else… don’t suggest it.
Lead.
“Come here, follow me.”
That energy is:
Dominant.
Commanding.
Attractive.
Because you’re not asking for permission anymore.
You’re taking the lead.
