There’s a line from this training that says it all:

Most guys are pretty decent at building desire.
They’re fun.
They’re interesting.
They’re attractive enough.
But where they fall short is tension.
Because tension is what drives action.
Think about it like this.
You can want to make more money…
But if you’re sitting on the couch, comfortable, food on the way…
There’s no urgency.
No tension.
So nothing changes.
Same thing in attraction.
If everything feels easy, smooth, and low-stakes…
Nothing happens.
Now here’s the mistake most guys make.
They accidentally kill the tension.
They talk too fast.
They move too fast.
They rush to fill every silence.
Or when tension starts to build…
They break it with a joke or nervous laughter.
Because they aren’t comfortable sitting in it.
So here’s a simple way to create tension…
Without saying anything clever at all.
Slow everything down.
Slow your speech.
Slow your movements.
Slow your reactions.
And most importantly…
Stop rushing to fill the silence.
Let there be pauses.
Let there be space.
Let her feel what’s happening.
Because silence creates more tension than most words ever could.
But this only works if you’re comfortable in it.
So the real first step?
Learn to sit in the tension.
Even better…
Learn to enjoy it.
Bask in it.
