Hey man,
Believe it or not, there’s a relationship between movement and testosterone.
Now I DON’T mean exercising.
I mean movements such as how you sit, how you stand…
A.k.a body language.
Here’s the science behind it:
The way we move creates and reinforces certain emotional and physiological states.
When you’re expansive and open…
Our brain receives feedback that things are going well.
There’s a positive physiological feedback loop going on that according to the researcher named Amy Cuddy, as well as her colleagues, this positive feedback loop communicates inside us confidence and assertiveness.
This reinforces feelings of power and abundance.
And we know that testosterone is closely linked to this.
As a result this also decreases cortisol, the stress hormone, banishing all of the scarcity inside us, making us feel more capable automatically.
This is the EXPANSIVE side to body language.
The flipside is the CONTRACTING side or closed-off body language.
When we adopt defensive postures, this tells the brain we want to protect ourselves, that maybe something bad is happening.
Testosterone drops.
Cortisol spikes.
It’s very hard to act confident when your body shows the opposite.
This is why body language is a big thing in dating advice and social dynamics.
If you communicate scarcity, people don’t want to open up to you.
Whereas when you show abundance and a positive outlook…
More doors open up for you.
Now in the context of male-female attraction…
JUST standing tall and puffing your chest isn’t enough by itself.
Of course, it helps.
But without a romantically-charged action complimenting it, women won’t really pay attention the same way they would otherwise.
This is why I created Power Signals.
It’s my flagship course on developing an attraction-specific body language.
It’s called Power Signals because inside I reveal a METRIC TON of certain body language cues, signals, or however you wanna call them…
That make women think:
“Fvck me this guy’s got something about him!”
I’ve taken all of the science behind abundant body language…
And I’ve combined it with almost 2 decades’ worth of experience in the dating world.
Not only that…
I’ve also included my friend Dr David who was the first to give Power Signals a test drive.
And boy did he use it to drive women crazy about him 😁
Not to mention he did in one of the most CONSERVATIVE countries in the world:
Japan.
If you’re not familiar, Japan has many quirks about it that not even other Asian countries have or understand.
You have the organized and nice side of their society…
But you also have the wild side like Yakuza gangsters and delinquents.
Okay, I’ll end it here.
